Lexham/Faithlife's plans for Commentary on the New Testament from the Talmud and Midrash, Volume

Now that the first 3 volumes have been shipped, I noticed that the fourth volume is still in a "Gathering Interest" phase. It seems odd to me Lexham would dedicate the resources to the first 3 volumes but not the last volume with the excurses. Just today I was looking through Volume One in reference to Matthew 8 and demonic and it references going to an excurses to learn more... but I can't.
Will this volume be produced regardless of interest?

(see the excursus “Ancient Jewish Demonology,” #7, n. h) we find as the corresponding verb נְפַק = “he came out.” εἰς τοὺς χοίρους … εἰς τὴν θάλασσαν.—Demons like to dwell in unclean places and watery places; see the excursus “Ancient Jewish Demonology,” #4, notes e and f.Hermann L. I also have been very frustrated by the remaining absence of Vol. 4. There are many references to "see the excursus..."; and yet, we cannot see them at all at the present time. Wish Lexham would pick up the pace and publish Vol. 4. now, regardless of "interest", which I take as a euphemism for "pre-publication purchases" of the proposed tome.

Agreed and frustrated with this as well.
This needs to be produced regardless of interest. You cannot put a commentary series into production that features a bunch of see volume 4 excursuses without having the volume to reference…
