Maybe this is better placed here... I posted in general first.

Now that the first 3 volumes have been shipped, I noticed that the fourth volume is still in a "Gathering Interest" phase.  It seems odd to me Lexham would dedicate the resources to the first 3 volumes but not the last volume with the excurses. Just today I was looking through Volume One in reference to Matthew 8 and the demonic and it references going to an excurses to learn more... but I can't.

Will this volume be produced regardless of interest?

8:32: They came out and went into the pigs; and behold, the whole herd … rushed into the sea. ἐξελθόντες.—In the narrative of Ben Telamion’s expulsion from the emperor’s daughter in Rome in b. Meʿil. 51B. (see the excursus “Ancient Jewish Demonology,” #7, n. h) we find as the corresponding verb נְפַק = “he came out.” εἰς τοὺς χοίρους … εἰς τὴν θάλασσαν.—Demons like to dwell in unclean places and watery places; see the excursus “Ancient Jewish Demonology,” #4, notes e and f.
