How to recover a deleted notebook?

So twice now I thought I was deleting a note and I deleted a notebook. This time it had 140 notes. It there a way to recover it?

I would recommend to Logos developers, as I am one myself, it is standard practice in application development to always follow a delete action with a confirmation prompt.
