Hi Richard - and welcome to these forums

What happens when you try?
And please provide some more details - I don't need to specify login details when I start Logos on desktop, where are you having to do so?
And I advise editing your post - click the More button and select Edit - and removing your email address to limit the change of spam bots picking it up

I just get the message "Invalid email or password" - so I tried resetting my password twice but it still didn't work
I wondered if there were some illegal characters in my password so I used the same password with a different email address to join this forum and that works fine
I have also tried different combinations of upper and lower case for my email r********but that hasn't worked either

You should contact Faithlife by phone.
Also, as Graham advised, you should either edit your posts to delete your email address or request that a moderator do so. There is no good reasons for the world to have your email address here and plenty of bad reasons and consequences from revealing it.
