If you look at the first image you will see in the search box "θυσία AND λατρεία"

You will also see the results come back nil

However, if you look at the second image you will clearly see "θυσία" AND "λατρεία" are there.

What am I doing wrong here?

You need to format the search as lemma:θυσία OR lemma:λατρεία, otherwise you are searching for manuscript words.

Using AND means you want BOTH of them in the same verse  (Ro 12:1) whilst OR will show all instances of each lemma.

Hint, type θυσία  and select the lemma suggestion -->  lemma.g:θυσία (if you have Logos 10+).  lemma:θυσία does the same job for Logos Greek morphology.in Logos 9+.

See https://wiki.logos.com/New_Search_HELP  for more on Search.

Bible search lemma.g:θυσία OR lemma.g:λατρεία (Context Menu in 23.2 added .g after lemma for Bible Search)

    Okay! Thank you very much!

    (1) That fixed the problem

    (2) The hint on typing out the word and then grabbing the lemma suggestion is super duper!

    (3) The understanding that without the ‘lemma:insert GK word’ format, Logos is searching for manuscript words is very helping in understanding how to search for original language.

    (4) As far as the AND / OR, in this particular instance I wanted the AND because I was curious if there were any other places (besides Rom 12:1) where both ‘sacrifice’ and ‘worship’ showed up together in the same verse or paragraph (I ran a separate search for both verse and paragraph). However I was getting all zeros because I wasn’t using the ‘lemma:insert GK word’ format.

Again, thank you all so much!
