Wanted: source for Instructiones de officiis by Humbert

Albert the Great. St. Albert the Great on Job. Translated by Franklin T. Harkins. Vol. 1. The Fathers of the Church: Mediaeval Continuation. Washington, D.C.: The Catholic University of America Press, 2019. refers to Humbert of Romans Instructiones de officiis for the thought behind the structure and method of Albert's commentary. I'm having trouble finding this Dominican text. Any ideas?

Here's a more specific citation that will save you some translating: “Instructiones de officiis ordinis.” In Opera de vita regulari. Edited by Joachim Joseph Berthier. Rome: A. Befani, 1889, vol. 2, pp. 179–371.

You will find that it starts at 186 of 539 on the archive.org page.
