welcome to the forums. Are you on a PC or a MAC?

    Hi Patrick

Assuming you are on a PC I suggest setting Enable Hardware Acceleration to Yes in Program Settings

Program Settings are described at https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015926432-Program-Settings (Enable Hardware Acceleration is near the bottom)

Hi Patrick, I reported the same problem (videos suddenly went blank on all logos video resources) over a year ago and never got a working solution. Things that I tried that were no help were: Hardware accelerator, computer and driver updates, uninstall and reinstall of Logos, called teach support and after about 45 minutes they were unable to find a cause or solution. Coincidentally, months later, I restored my computer to factory settings for an unrelated issue and discovered that all the logos videos were playing again. They have continued to work to this day.

I pray that the hardware accelerator solution works for you.

Coincidentally, months later, I restored my computer to factory settings for an unrelated issue and discovered that all the logos videos were playing again.

The issue occurs with Intel Gen 11 CPU's with video, and a driver update from Intel will fix the problem (plus enabling Hardware Acceleration in Program Settings). The computer manufacturer's customised driver may not get updated in a timely fashion, so the driver direct from Intel is best.
