Verbum 10 360 just appeared in my library. I don't like to download videos to my desktop but I instead prefer to view them on the web app. However, the resource will not load on the web app. It just clocks:

However, I can see the videos on Faithlife TV:
If I can see them on Faithlife TV, why don't they load on the Web app?
