I cannot reset the update for the Logos app 24.0.1 on my kindle fire. I restarted the kindle but it still displays the Logos app update as failed. All  I can find on the internet search is to uninstall the Logos app and then install the new app. If I do this will I lose access to all the Logos data files I have installed and then have to download all my books again? I have 10.6 GB of data files I have downloaded. Is there anything you can suggest that would help so I can update my Logos app to 24.0.1 without losing my data files?

Thank you

    Rocky,

Please check and see if there are any software updates available for your Kindle Fire.  If there is a software update available, try the Logos update again after the software update has completed.

If you need further help with this, please send us your logs:

    1. Open the app.
    2. Tap the Menu icon (this icon has three horizontal lines).
    3. Tap Help.
    4. Press “Report a Problem”
    5. A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Mark the email "Attention: Joe".  Press “Send” to send your report.

Joe, my latest update is from Feb.; it is Fire OS 7.3.2.7. Is the Logos update compatible with this update? I'm not having any problems just checking before I make any changes.

    Beloved Amodeo,

Our latest update is compatible with Fire OS 7 or higher, so yes it is compatible with the operating system on your device.
