Logos app 24.0.1 update failed for Kindle fire HD 10Plus 11th generation
I cannot reset the update for the Logos app 24.0.1 on my kindle fire. I restarted the kindle but it still displays the Logos app update as failed. All I can find on the internet search is to uninstall the Logos app and then install the new app. If I do this will I lose access to all the Logos data files I have installed and then have to download all my books again? I have 10.6 GB of data files I have downloaded. Is there anything you can suggest that would help so I can update my Logos app to 24.0.1 without losing my data files?

Please check and see if there are any software updates available for your Kindle Fire. If there is a software update available, try the Logos update again after the software update has completed.

3. Tap Help.
4. Press “Report a Problem”
5. A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Mark the email "Attention: Joe". Press “Send” to send your report.0 -

Joe, my latest update is from Feb.; it is Fire OS 7.3.2.7. Is the Logos update compatible with this update? I'm not having any problems just checking before I make any changes.Meanwhile, Jesus kept on growing wiser and more mature, and in favor with God and his fellow man.
