Trying to link Song Select Account but wont open credentials input

I have been trying to reconnect the song select account to proclaim (was previously linked and it was having errors, so I removed it and trying to reconnect it). I can access on song selects website and pull up words and such on there. However, when I press link account on proclaim, it opens a new window as if it is trying to ask for credentials, but never pulls up the credentials portion.

We've seen this come up a few times, and we're still trying to figure out exactly what the issue is. It seems to be an error coming from SongSelect's authentication service, but we've been unable to reproduce it which makes it hard to figure out exactly what's going on.

One thing, though, is that it seems to be computer specific. You might try signing into Proclaim linking from another computer with the same user credentials. Proclaim will then sync the credentials to the user account, and you should be able to use them wherever you sign in.
