Welcome to the forums. Faithlife does not delete articles. It does not even correct typos without the publisher's permission. This would be a question of the content of the electronic file FL received and whether it purports to be the same printing as the New Advent edition. Unfortunately, I don't find the front copyright and printing information of the New Advent edition. Note the latest copyright in the Logos edition is 1913 despite a 1922 printing date. It might take a fair amount of sleuthing to determine the contents of each printing.
