Where can find the writings of the Gaza Ascetics? I found this quote but I am unable to trace it down
"Nikodimos also edited the Rudder, or the Pidalion, a collection, with commentary, of the canons of the Orthodox Church.5 He prepared editions of St Symeon the New Theologian (together with Dionysios Zagoraios, though most of the work seems to have been Nikodimos’)—the standard edition, though difficult to find, until the edition in Sources Chrétiennes in the last century—of the Gaza ascetics, Saints Varsanouphios and John, and of St Gregory Palamas, though this edition was lost as a result of the arrest of Nikodimos’ printer in Vienna; it would be another 150 years before an edition of Palamas began to appear."
5 Leipzig, 1800; frequently reprinted: reprint with modern Greek translation, Thessaloniki, 2003.

Other Gaza ascetics:
I didn't check if they are in Logos
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

There are these in Logos:
Barsanuphius and John: Letters, vol. 1
Barsanuphius and John: Letters, vol. 2
Letters from the Desert (Popular Patristics Series) - letters of Barsanuphius, and John
Could not find any of the writings of Dorotheos of Gaza in Logos. Time to get posting on Feedbear!

Here's another edition, available in print with accompanying CD:
Abba Dorotheos: Practical Teaching on the Christian Life - Translation, introduction and glossary by Constantine Scouteris, Athens, 2000
It was mentioned in the bibliography of this short PDF summary of Abba Dorotheos' life and writings:
Abba Dorotheos of Gaza: Guidance in the Path of Humility and the Virtues

I've now added requests on Feedbear for the three that MJ listed and the other one I found:
The Letters of Barsanuphius and John: Desert Wisdom for Everyday Life
The above appears to be more about them than the content of the letters.
Discourses and Sayings (Volume 33) (Cistercian Studies Series)
Abba Dorotheos of Gaza: His Letters and Various of His Sayings
Abba Dorotheos: Practical Teaching on the Christian Life
And for good measure, I also put in a request for this, which I came across in my initial search. It has a chapter by Alexis Torrance titled "Barsanuphius, John, and Dorotheos on Scripture".
