Anchors show differently depending on whether a Bible is downloaded or not

https://community.logos.com/forums/t/216326.aspx discusses an issue with notes / highlights not displaying as expected on books that are not downloaded.

I noted something earlier that seemed strange - and may be related.

If I add a highlight to a downloaded book, the anchor shows both the book name and the verse

But if I remove the book from the device, the anchor no longer shows the verse information

Is this intended behaviour?

bumping an unanswered question in hope of provoking a response

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Yes, it is. I'll reach out in the other forum post, too. Thank you, Graham!

    Yes, it is.

Thanks Ali - but I'll admit I was surprised to see this.

Are you able to advise why the anchor is presented differently depending on whether the book is downloaded or not?

    Thanks, Graham

This was implemented several years ago and because a network call is required in order to get the text, this was the best option overall. It was going to be quite difficult to do this in the list of notes. I agree that it could use an update, but technically speaking, it would be a feature request.

That makes sense - I appreciate the insight,
