Need a Restart Button

I do not like that we have to close or force quit Logos Desktop every time the app needs to be updated either with resources or the software update. Please include a restart button built into the app. Even windows and Apple software have restart options.

I don't have a live example at the moment, but usually when I need to restart, Logos/Verbum provides a message telling me that with the word restart serving as a restart button. Does that not happen for you or are you referring to cases where the message does not appear?

I get that on Windows but not on Mac - that might be relevant here.

I have never had this happen on my Mac... so I suggest there may be a problem with your installation of either Logos or macOS.

Both MacOS and Logos are updated to the latest software, I do not see any issue on that.

...which leads me to say:

so I suggest there may be a problem with your installation of either Logos or macOS.

(I didn't say there was a problem with the latest versions of macOS or Logos, I said that there is a problem with YOUR installation. It may even indicate a problem with your hard drive).

Just wanted to write an own thread, but it seems something similar is done before.

We need here a restart button, as long as it is written: The changes are available after a restart.
