Need a Restart Button
I do not like that we have to close or force quit Logos Desktop every time the app needs to be updated either with resources or the software update. Please include a restart button built into the app. Even windows and Apple software have restart options.

I don't have a live example at the moment, but usually when I need to restart, Logos/Verbum provides a message telling me that with the word restart serving as a restart button. Does that not happen for you or are you referring to cases where the message does not appear?

I get that on Windows but not on Mac - that might be relevant here.

I have never had this happen on my Mac... so I suggest there may be a problem with your installation of either Logos or macOS.

Both MacOS and Logos are updated to the latest software, I do not see any issue on that.

Just wanted to write an own thread, but it seems something similar is done before.
We need here a restart button,
as long as it is written: The changes are available after a restart.Thanks

I think that very often the "restart" is a button. For those cases where it isn't, I have two shortcuts with the commands uilang en and uilang de which will trigger a line with a restart button (even if I keep the existing UI language), works like a charm.

In your post I can see it just fine, I cut it out and replaced with (...) in the quote just for readability.
I see the same just right now after the update to Logos 36 stable:
(This specific message annoys me more for another reason: I see it nearly every update and it promises me books, but it never once brought a book, it always is an updated dataset that will come up after the restart)
Edit: my shortcut: click one of the two commands below, like uilang en, will give the bar with a restart button (left, ignore the beta resource menu in the tab below):
