Having a problem with a missing file error...

I'm receiving the following error on all (even newly created in a new blank presentation) Announcement V2 items. The error indicates that file "8ed8f1b63a674396b7baf1e103f4bdcb.jpg" is missing.

I've even tried to upload an image with the same name to my medial library to try to bypass the message, but with no luck.

Anyone else experiencing this? Any thoughts on getting rid of this error?

    Just gave it a whirl on my MacMini using 4.0.0.0004 without a problem.
