Proclaim can't connect to CCLI

Hello, i was having this problem with my Windows 10 laptop https://community.logos.com/forums/t/215598.aspx

I tried the solution - logging into CCLI using a different computer, which worked. It now shows my CCLI account is linked on my laptop. However, when I attempt to pull songs from SongSelect data base, I get "an error occured getting results"
