Hello. It is Christian here. I have been doing a little better as I got put in the ICU again Monday but am back in a room now. I have significant memory deficits and loss in short-term memory. I am having a lot of trouble moving. I am praying to get better soon. It looks like I will be here until late next week. I am doing a little reading but not much. Mainly rest is happening at this time.
Thanks Christian. Continue to heal and may God bless you.

Thanks everyone for the prayers. I am still in hosptial. Hoping to go home early next week. God is good. “The Lord will keep you from all evil; he will keep your life” (Psalm 121:7). I got some bad news on my degree. For my last class I got a C and already had one C before this past semester. Well I have been dismissed from my program and the school. I have a month to appeal

That's really hard news. You'll be in our prayers for God's guidance and comfort.

I am very sorry to hear this. You seemed to have been working very hard under difficult circumstances. Will pray that the Lord will guide you and perhaps the school will look upon your extenuating circumstances and reverse course. But either way, it is good to know that the Lord is in control.

While I’m sorry to hear this, try looking at it from a different perspective. Maybe God wants you to focus on yourself and loved ones and start sharing what you already know. If it’s God’s Will you’ll get accepted back, if not, don’t sweat it, it’s still considered a win for you!

Oh I'm very sad to hear that. I will be praying for you and your appeal.

You know it is a win win for me. If I do not get back into classes I can just keep moving on in my study of the Bible. God is never failing. Proverbs 16:9 reminds us that “we can make our plans, but the Lord determines our steps.” God's plans do not have to equal up to our expectations and requests. I hope to get back in the program but if I do not it will be ok. I give it all to Him. In God's time I will be made whole.

Good morning everyone. I hope you all are well. My Drs got an order for a backlight on my PC through my insurance. I can now read for up to 45 mins a time and a maximum of 210 mins a day. I am doing a lot better and still in hosptial but the Drs want me to be at a certain level of positive pressure. My insurance still covers hosptial so they want to keep it. Drs possibly said rehab in 10 more days. Thank you all for the prayers.

Well I went home last Tuesday. I am doing so much better. God is good. My Dr said I have to come back in 25 days for a followup. But I can read and stay focused. I got invited to a PhD seminar class on Sacrifice and Atonement starting on the 3rd Monday of January. I am not sure if I am going to take it but I will be praying. Keep me in your prayers.

Congratulations, Christian! Home is good.
Just my opinion, your seminar invite would be good, to get your hopes back on track. Never give up.

Your progress is a miracle that should not be overlooked. And your invitation is evidence of God's favor. The experience will inform you and give you an opportunity to network.Christian Alexander said:I got invited to a PhD seminar class
I pray you're making progress with your appeal. To God be the Glory.

I bit the bullet on the seminar, even though I will not get credit it will keep me in God's Word more. I want to find my answer through prayer. The appeal has gone through now playing the waiting game. Blessings to all.
