How to Add moderators or Admin to my team?

Hi - I've added Admin and Moderator members to my team before, but it doesn't seem to be working - and the video referenced in the tutorials shows a different menu system. Is there a problem with this functionality? Or am I being dumb... probably that, but I've tried several times and nothing goes through. I had people check their junk and other folders and nothing shows up.

    Appreciated - Oddly, one of my attempts to add a person finally went through - days after I sent it. I don't recall there being a delay like that before. I'm not sure if the second person's invite was sent. 

    Maybe the system is going through some growing pains with the new version.
