Proclaim NDI Source Not Available for OBS 29 Upgrade

Hi, I just updated OBS to the newest version (29) and reinstalled all the plug-in as well, including the NDI plug-in as recommended (4.11.0).  I can see the PTZ Camera as an NDI source, but not the proclaim NDI.  It was working before the OBS upgrade.  Is there anything I have missed?

    I am new to Proclaim with version 4 so I am not sure if this is "normal". But I have noticed that OBS will not detect the NDI output from Proclaim unless you are On-Air. Once that is toggled, the NDI feed was visible in OBS.
