New shared workflow: Catholic World Mission's Communal Bible Reading

While there is no truly distinctive Bible study associated with Catholicism, I am trying to add some workflows that are more of interest to the ACELO churches than to evangelicals ... but even that is not a clean distinction. I am avoiding the methods provided by recent converts drawn from their previous affiliations.
