uplaoding a specific song shuts down Procalim

I can upload other songs bu even with changing the name, resaving the original video, every time I click ADD to add this specific song to the video content, proclaim shuts down.

    Hi Robert -- welcome to the Forums. There are plenty of folk here willing to help.

    In order to do so we will need some more information.

    • The version of Proclaim
    • Your operating system and version
    • A link to offending media.

    That should do as a start and let us discover if it is a general problem or one specific to your set-up.

    I changed the video to MOV and it loaded.. but it seems random MP4s are not taking

    I have church tonight so need to get ready but will give updated info later in the week
