My Hebrew was not great in seminary and is only so-so now. I cannot find an accent mark in any book regarding the diamond symbol above the Hebrew "H". Example: Psalm 83:14 " אֱֽלֹהַ֗י" for 'O my God.' Can anyone tell me what the diamond means?
