With the latest update, every time I try to paste something from MS Word, Proclaim hangs and then crashes.

Sorry to hear you are having problems.
What OS are you running Proclaim on and what service item are you pasting the text into?
I've just tried this on MacOS Ventura pasting into a Content service item and it worked fine - hence the request for more details

Windows 11 and I am pasting into a content item.
I've just tried it on Windows 11 and it worked fine for me.
It would be helpful to see a Proclaim log after a crash.
You should be able to find these in
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Faithlife\Logs\Proclaim
Please post the file Proclaim.Log in a reply to this thread using the paperclip icon in the forum editor.
Please post it after Proclaim has crashed and before starting it again

In addition to logs, could you post your Word document as well? You could also email it to support at proclaimonline dot com and mention me in the subject line.
I'm having the exact same issue... Just started today... Copying and pasting text from word into Proclaim Content Item
Issue seems to be fixed... After crashing and reopening several times, an update popped up and when I ran that it seemed to fix the problem.
