We have media that shows up in the Owned filter in the Media Browser that is showing as not purchased when put into a presentation.
The two screenshots I attached didn't upload let me try to add them again.
Josh, on the forum, to insert images, when posting, click the paperclip icon, or the Amber icon. Pasting won't work.

Thanks for the report.I took a look at your account, and it looks like your Pro Media subscription has expired (10-5-2023). That accounts for the locks on your media, but I'm not sure why it's showing up as "owned" when you browse media.Does it still show up there if you close and re-open Proclaim?
