I suspect canticles from the Book of Common Prayer, Liturgy of the Hours, and Mearns, James. The Canticles of the Christian Church: Eastern and Western in Early and Medieval Times. Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, 1914. would be sufficient to keep most users happy.
