Query about parallel books operation in 30.0.0 (6)
The introduction of a parallel books capability in 30.0.0 beta is nice.
Even with a book without any parallel books - such as a monograph - the button is shown and the user is advised they don't have any matching books when they tap it.
This is different from the desktop where, in those cases, the parallel books icon does not appear.
For constistency, is it possible to change mobile behaviour so it mirrors the desktop?

Love this feature! I agree with Graham regarding the behavior.

Thanks for the feedback! Part of the problem is that on mobile, we don't know everything that that desktop knows, and we have to do a web call to look up some of the information we need. I'll look to see what we can improve, though.

Sorry, I misread your comment. If there is no possibility of a matching book (e.g., there's only a page number index), we shouldn't be showing the button. Can you post a screenshot?

I chose the book at random to test this! It has indices for Page and English headwords
I get the error message when I tap the parallel books button
