BUG: Digital Signage

I don't know if it was AppleTV updates or updates to the Digital Signage app on that platform, but yesterday (11/12) we began having problems with a blank screen or a blank screen with a 7 second count down.  If I restart the AppleTV device and open the app it seems to work for one cycle then goes to blank screen. If I "go back" on the AppleTV remote the menu opens up so I believe the device is communicating with the TV, so there appears to be something broken within the app.

I have a similar Apple TV here on the same tvOS version and all my feeds are working. 

for yours, are you using the info frame? If so, which widgets do you have enabled? Also, if you give me the name of the feed i can go take a look. or is it all of your feeds?

what do you mean by seven second countdown? Do the slides show up after 7 seconds? Or does the screen stay black?

Ocassionally the black screen has a gold 7,6,5,4,3,2,1 countdown that appears. I think this is because there are some corrupted slides in the deck from V.2 announcements in Proclaim.

Above I showed the frame in one of our feeds. In our 2 other feeds I do not use a frame, but have the same problem.

I got to thinking that the app may not be updating since it is still v. 1.01. So I dug around to find

when I tried to link the device I got

deleted the APP, reinstalled the App, got a new code and the link worked!!

However the black screen problem persists

Problem PARTIALLY Resolved!!

I looked at some of the slides in the deck and found several that had "end dates" with no "start dates" by populating the start date field to a random date 2 weeks ago and restarting the device - we are now working again!

The screen went blank again after rotating through the deck. I'm now thinking it may be a glitch (expired certificate?) in Bible ART or Bible Trivia. I have disabled both of these in the feed and am testing with some success.

I turned off "Bible Trivia" and "Bible Art" to see if the problem was remedied. Today I turned "Bible Trivia" back on and the Black Screen with gold countdown returned, so it must be something in the Bible Trivia code that doesn't like AppleTV.
