Unpopulated dialogues in Android version 30

I just upgraded tonight anit worked fine for about 20 mino then when switched to a book it would not let me change the resource, close the book, or move to a different open book in the layout. When I tried to change the resource it gave me the correct dialogue, but it never allowed me to pick a resource to replace it. The book info dialog was also inaccurately populated.

After about 30 seconds, the whole app would freeze up. I have tried to restart the app, force close the app, and clear the cash, but nothing has helped.

Any ideas on maybe how to start this in safe mode so that I can remove this book?

    Version 30 is actually our Beta version,  I will report this to our team, but in the future, Beta problems should be shared in our Mobile Beta forum.
