Proclaim Stuck 'On-Air'

Ran a service this morning and it all went smoothly. Shut down proclaim at the end of the service and was surprised that the digital signage wasn't back to it's normal loop. Had a quick look at Proclaim Remote on my phone and it's still showing the service as 'on-air' and available for control. I've checked all the other laptops we use and none of them are currently running.
Is there a way to force it 'off-air' or find out where it's running!?

I haven't gone to the steps that you have to find a presentation still "on-air" but the last 3-4 weeks we have had problems with our digital signage returning to the loop after being on air. I'll watch more closely to see if we are stuck in your situation.

Thanks for the report. I was able to get into the same situation as you by setting the sign feed to be taken over by the service, then taking the presentation on air, and quitting Proclaim without going off.
We've got a case open to address this, but for now you can get back to normal by taking a presentation on air (can be the same, but doesn't matter with), then taking it off air. You should then see your remote and sign feed come back to the expected behavior.
