Bug Spurious Duplication of Presentations

Once again this morning I opened my Morning Prayer presentation '366 January 2024' and was faced with the information that my presentation had been successfully duplicated.

This seems to be happening randomly but with increasing frequency.

Logs were submitted between 08:00 and 08:30 GMT this morning due to the program freezing.
