New Testament Propositional Outlining

I see where Logos does New Testament Propositional Outlines. From the site blurb, "Propositional Flow offers a visual filter that reformats Bible text into an outline that shows how ideas fit together, how the text flows, and how each line relates to the next." But I cannot access this feature on the Desktop or Web apps. I have watched the videos and it is want I want to do. I am not sure how I can access this data. Is there a way I can mine it for the Gospel of John? Is it a Visual Filter? I am a bit rusty with this kind of data analysis. Any advice is appreciated.

    It is enabled by selecting the Propositional outlines option in the resource visual filter menu - assuming you have access to that feature
