Unable to create new notes
Strange behavior, I'm not able to add a new note, at least it doesn't show up in my bible.
I'll attach a silent video to demonstrate. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Hoping there is a solution short of uninstalling Logos and reinstalling. Strange there is also a problem recently on the mobile app in highlighting from a color not listed by default.
Things I've tried:
clicking "sync" symbol
Restarting Logos
Rebooting computer
Tried to upload short
Tried to upload short video here but getting error from faithlife server so I uploaded to youtube instead:

I agree this is strange - it looks as though the note is being added into the Notes Tool but not updating the display in your Bible.
There are a number of highlights being shown in your Bible, were they created using the same steps as you show in your video? If so, when were they created? I'm trying to understand when this problem started.

That is unlikely to solve the issue - so I wouldn't recommend it at the moment.

do you have other anchors in the note. I one of the anchors spans the new one you are creating then the indicator for the new ref won’t show up.
You can select text in the verse and anchor the note ti that and it should show up

Have you checked in the visual filter whether Notes and Highlights are enabled for the book?

I think I see what is happening after re-watching your video
When you right-click on the word to open the context menu, it has the lemma option selected on the left.
There is an issue in notes where notes with lemma anchors don’t show up in the text - try changing it to selection by clicking the item at the top left. It should then work fine.

Oh thank you so much Graham this fixed it. It's strange I never change the default selection to Lemma; somehow this must have changed and since I don't use it this way I didn't understand what was happening. Thanks so much for rewatching my video and solving this for me!
