I have sent the following email twice to Logos customer service and have had no response.
The second time my email was blocked as I didn't receive the auto response I received the first time thus indicating that my email has been blocked.
Who else can I communicate with to receive a response?

I took a screenshot of Logos 10 Preaching Suite Premium on the 25th of November 2023 intending to purchase it early in 2024 when I could afford it.
On the 11th of February 2024 I logged in to buy it and found that the price had gone up from USD 216.63 to USD 305.32
Why has the price gone up in such a short time?
In that time I have bought several other collections relating to my Bible studies.
It is my understanding that the dynamic price should have come down, not gone up nearly 50% in such a short time.
Could you please explain why the price has gone up, thus putting it further out of my budget's reach?
It is hard enough with the low rate of the AU $ at this time.
