Help me understand feature upgrades

Since 2016 I have never bought a feature package, I've had a Logos Now subscription.

I am considering buying the Logos 10 Full Feature Upgrade, so I can own outright everything that is currently included.

When I look at https://www.logos.com/product/228476/logos-10-full-feature-upgrade
The dynamic price is only $204.28, I thought it is usually much more. It says that I own most of the resources, datasets, and a lot of the features, interactive media, workflows etc.

Is it only showing "owned" because my subscription? (currently Faithlife Connect Essentials No Library)
If I purchase the $204 "Full Feature Upgrade" will I only be purchasing the things that aren't showing as owned? and then when my subscription runs out I'll be missing all those currently "owned" features?

I'm quite confused, not sure if I'm totally misunderstanding so any advice would be great!

According to my understanding and experience, a resource will only show as "owned" if you indeed fully own the license to it. In this case it is quite possible that you own more than you thought you did. You can verify this for some products by opening your library in Logos and looking for "License" in the filter section. Clicking "Permanent" will only show the resources in your library that you fully own the license to. This won't work for all of the resources in this case, since it's a feature package and many features wouldn't be listed in the library. I'm not sure how you would verify owned features other than to contact customer service.

Dynamic pricing will indeed ensure that you only purchase the things that aren't showing as owned. But since you own them, you will not miss those features after your subscription runs out. Renting a feature should not make it appear as owned, unless I am missing something.

I am in a similar situation to you. Have not "bought" features in over 5 years, but have full access through LN subscription.

I have full access to everything in the L10 Full Feature Upgrade as circled here:

For kicks I went into my library and looked up the Highlighted resource that I do not "own" (while many items on this list I DO own). I found a Temporary License to this resource that I would own outright if I paid the fee, but continue to have access as long as LN or LPro subscriptions are in place.

And that information is (usually) correct.

By definition, you only have access to subscription resources, and your Library will show that their License is "Temporary". But they will also be available to purchase and then their License will be "Permanent" (along with other resources you purchased). So it is not uncommon that you will already own many resources offered by subscription.

Another source of "Temporary" resources are the various Free Libraries that have been offered to appeal to new users, and the monthly Preview resources offered by older subscriptions.

But you cannot view Features and Datasets in Library. The former should be available from menus in the App toolbar (e.g. Search, Tools, Guides) and resource toolbar (e.g. Visual Filters). Search datasets will reveal themselves when you try to (explicitly) use them or find they are missing from the Context menu. Reverse Interlinear datasets should be visible via Bible panels.

Now that I think of it, I sold my whole library last year, but again just recently bought someone else's whole library including a couple of Logos 9 platinum packages. May I have purchased their Logos 9 feature set and that's why I'm seeing some of them as owned?

That is a very good assumption.
