Verbum is somewhat short on practical ministry books for Catholics, so here are a few resources that Verbum should acquire (hopefully for the Fall library release cycle!). Please upvote if you find these relevant to you.

Principled Ministry: A Guidebook for Catholic Church Leaders

And, lest we forget what practical ministry is all about (it's not all about church attendance, fundraising, and intervening in conflicts...), here's a book I recommend from an adjacent topic:

'You Did It To Me': A Practical Guide to Mercy in Action

I'm recommending it because it is also a 'workbook' of sorts (with action items and reflections that indicate that it could be used in parish groups).
