Here is the beginning of the book "History of the Church" by Robert H. Brumback.
Please note that this is the start with preface, Introduction, Table of Contents and
the entire first chapter.   Below the download link, find  the list of chapters from the 
Table of Contents.....  Have decided to do this one since LOGOS has already done
Mattox's "The Eternal Kingdom"  -- This was the next best work  that came  to mind.

    Here is an update of Robert H. Brumback's "History of the Church"
    Chapters 1 thru 2 are now completed with the original footnotes at
    the end of each Chapter.   Now on to Chapter 3...

    Also, all Hyperlinks for the Table of Contents have been created, with
    the initial pages for each of the 31 chapters of this work.  Only the
    1st two chapters are done.   Here is the update:
