Logos you are losing sales ...

I discovered today by accident that a book with 36 votes for it was available as an ebook. Because the feedbear request was not updated, I never got the "completed" notice to let me know the books was available. Are you counting on mental telepathy to let us know to purchase the book? If so, I can assure you it is an inefficient communication plan.

Here's a thread with links to books that had been requested on Feedbear and are now available in the Logos store but had never been marked as "Done".

Yes! I got an update on the New Cambridge Commentary set being in Pre-pub only because someone posted on the request page; however, the page title has still not changed to in production or a new status. I looked at several other listings, and they have not changed in status, though they have been produced or are in production.
Disclaimer: I hate using messaging, texting, and email for real communication. If anything that I type to you seems like anything other than humble and respectful, then I have not done a good job typing my thoughts.

No, it's quite understandable. Ebooks enter the Logos website through an automated process, and from the recent debacle we know that they're not checked on an individual basis.
How could that work to double check the hundreds of ebooks entering the system every week, and compare them to the feedbear list of another couple of hundred books - just to find one hit and make 35 sales of an ebook, of which FL is likely to retain less than $1 per sale.
Unless there's an easy way to automate (perhaps through AI?), updating Feedbear requests from new ebooks wouldn't make much sense from a business perspective.
