Proclaim logged out on Sunday, had to resync all presentations on both of our presentation computers
Hi!
We had an issue on Sunday where our regular computers used for Proclaim in our services were logged out when booted up, and had to have all the presentations resynced (which meant some problems with starting the services on time). This hasn't affected all of our users, but it was a significant disruption.
Did anyone else have this particular issue? Was there an update rolled out that might have caused it?

There have been updates in the last week but we, here the UK, did not experience any disruption to our services.
If one has a computer that is based in the sanctuary but not used mid-week it is best to allow some time during the set up to install any updates that may have been pushed out during the intervening time. We do not find this to be a problem as the Proclaim updates very quickly. We leave operating system updates until after the service.
I pray things go smoothly from here on in but I would allow extra time on Sunday just in case.
