Crashing when signing out

I am a member of two different teams. I signed out successfully from team #1 and signed in without problem to team #2. But then when I try to sign out of team #2, I get a crash (Mac Sonoma). I have restarted the computer and Proclaim opens successfully to team #2 but I get repeated crashes when I try to sign out.

I have access to a Windows machine and it is giving me the same behavior on it. I sign out, it closes, and stays on that account.

Long story short, I can't switch accounts on either machine. Any suggestions?

    Thanks, MJ for trying to get attention to this. What I eventually had to do was to uninstall Proclaim (I'm on a Mac). And by uninstall, I mean finding all the hidden system files, not just dragging the app to trash. It took a bit of time but it did the trick once I reinstalled Proclaim.
