Controlling Proclaim from Logos

My church switched to Proclaim last week. I use Logos to deliver my sermons on a Google Pixel tablet. Last week controlling the slides from Logos worked great - except for one slide that wouldn't load. This week, I was able to advance the first slide and then nothing after would advance / load.

No connectivity issues between the tablet & PC - what's the best place to start troubleshooting?

I control it via Logos using preaching mode.

Seems like the best way to control is with the Proclaim app using Wifi mode. Not my favorite since I now have to use 2 devices. And for some reason the location setting in Proclaim keeps disappearing after we enter it and the Local Server setting that allows WiFi control becomes disabled after I enable it. The button itself becomes disabled, I have to restart proclaim then it happens again.
