I wouldn't mind the option to pay bi-annually so that I could always preserve my fall back license in the future.

We're hoping there will be an option to pay for two years upfront.

However, I have a training account and I am not subscribing the training account. So my question since the training account is me and I have an active subscription can my training account update to a new library? If not I guess I will stop training others to use the software.

Anyone on a free trial or with the cheapest monthly subscription will be able to buy a library.

Mark... Which should I cancel? What do I lose and what do i gain? I don't want to be paying both if both are the same.

Given that the renewal dates are far into the future and that you're currently getting three months free of Logos Max, I'd be inclined to hang on.

Once the full subscription launches, we'll probably merge both subscriptions on our end, and whatever term is left on the one will get added to the other (pro-rated).

I just signed up to early access for Pro and only option was to pay $99 for annual with charge Oct 3rd after free trial. I would possibly be interested in paying for two years upfront for legacy fallback (assuming it's also at a discounted rate). is that being set up and how would I make the change. Also, in your "what's new with Logos-Aug 2024" you mentioned a spreadsheet with more detailed breakdown of features for different packages that you would post on the chat. I can't find the chat so I would appreciate a link to where I could find that. Thanks!

Misunderstanding? I don't think Mark was saying that in 2026 they would say more about the Fallback License. Rather, I think he was saying that in the future (soon) they will be able to say more about how frequently they will update the Fallback License, which will first be issued in Oct. 2026.

I'm just illustrating how difficult it is, to follow the whole process ... bits and pieces here and there, poor sentence construction, etc. I try to imagine a corporate environment like that.

Actually Mark's sentence construction was correct as you would expect from someone who is British[:D].
You misinterpreted what he said as "I'm sure we'll be able to say more after 2026" but the phrase "after 2026" was correctly placed as a modifier to "Legacy Fallback".[^o)]

Print Library is included with the Logos 10 Full Feature Set - you might want to look at that, since you will "own" it going forward. Hopefully they will extend the Last Chance Sale until launch since they have not educated users on what is Fallback License eligible and what is not.... The sale ends on September 6th.

Can you give link to new libraries available to buy with free trial/subscription? I saw offer when signing up initially but can't find it now.

It's unlikely, to be honest. Print Library works entirely in the cloud, and is therefore likely to be excluded.

Will there be access to theological journals including in the max subscription  for people that are in school?

But people who have bought the L10 Full Features will still have access to Print Library even if we don't subscribe, am I right?

This definitely needs to be clarified for those who have already purchased the Full Feature Set which included this feature.

Correct. I likely won't be part of the legacy fallback license, but we won't remove it from the L10 licenses.

There are some journals included in the Logos Max subscription (click the + next to "Included books"), but many of them are public domain.

Galaxie's journal subscription can be added for $5/month.

Thank you for the confirmation. Appreciate it very much.

I think that if you want to drive sales of L10 Full Feature Set (which I think you do because you are offering steep discounts right now), you should really highlight the no-AI/cloud features in the L10 Full Feature Set that will not be part of Legacy Fallback option in Oct 2026. When people see that features like Print Library and others will not be included, existing customers and new customers will rush to buy the L10 Full Feature set.

Our dev team need to do some work to make multi-year purchase possible. Hopefully, we'll get to that before launch, but I can't guarantee that.

Will the discounted subscription rate continue for the foreseeable future and will it be an equivalent discount?

We're effectively running two pricing tracks –  the standard track plus the discounted track. Once you're on the discounted track, you'll stay on it. But the price of either track could change in the future.

So if I'm interested in multi-year purchase should I just look into whether it's been set up before my free trial ends Oct 3rd and $99 payment is made? Where do you suggest I look for this? One more thing, when will Bible Study Builder be available? It looks great! Today was my first day using free trial and I really like the new features. Thanks for your help.

Dear Mark, thanks for all your work here. I looked at the features chart and, possibly besides the ones not yet released, I seem to have everything on the "Max" tier already.I mean, the only things missing from the "full feature" are some bible versions that I don't need and the 'print catalogue' feature that gets my attention, but is not enough for me to buy because of future subscription tiers.

I'm especially interested in language resources. So, my questions are:

    - what would I gain from subscribing in terms of resources and features in the "Max" tier that I don't have?

    - I read about features for Syriac, Coptic and other languages. Maybe I'm mistaken, but there's none on the list provided. What would those features be?

    - Translation features or resources on ancient languages would be very good. Will there be features or extra resources on Syriac, Akkadian, Ugaritic etc?

    - Is there a more complete list of resources, features etc on each tier?

I'm asking because the window on buying the "full feature set" is closing fast. :)

    Thanks and God bless.

We've also had lots of questions about pricing. We’re working out final pricing for everyone, but we can confirm what the discounted pricing will be for Logos 10 owners:

    • Premium: $6.99/month or $69.99/year (for those with Bronze features or higher)
    • Pro: $9.99/month or $99.99/year (for those with Silver features or higher)
    • Max: $12.99/month or $129.99/year (requires Full Feature Set)

    Hi Mark,

In a couple of days, I’m scheduled to be charged for what appears to be a “Logos Pro” subscription. I own the “Logos 10 Collector’s Edition” including the “Full Feature Upgrade.”

Will I have the option to subscribe to “Logos Max”?

It's planned for v37, which will hit beta next week and be released to everyone toward the end of October.

We do a What's New in Logos webinar every release, which demos the features just released and includes a sneak preview of what's coming next. The August edition does a quick preview of Bible Study Builder at around 35 minutes.

This is not a Logos Pro subscription. It's your Faithlife Connect subscription which has had Logos Pro features added into it.

While you can subscribe to Max in addition, that might not be cost-effective for you, as there's likely not a lot of extra value given you already have L10 Collectors (and no extra features above Pro). Once your Connect subscription has been fully migrated to the new subscription (which will happen in the fall), you'll then be able to easily switch to Max.

    Hi Mark,

First of all, thank you for being so supportive before as MVP and now as a Logos employee.

I have a question regarding language subscriptions. I will finish my trial period for the Pro in about 10 days. I have the FF in Spanish and Silver package in L10. As there is no info about prices and what’s included in the Spanish one, it will be possible moving from languages? My understanding is that features should be the same but not the books included in the subscription, right? Now I have an annual subscription (1st payment around September the 15th), it will be possible to move for example in December to the Spanish one without starting a new annual subscription? Did you recommend to cancel my subscription during the trial period and then decide once the Spanish one is launched officially? I know this is quite particular case, but I know several people are in a similar situation and don’t know what to do.

    Thanks again for your support.
