remote design access

My question is this: we have a computer at the church designing, controlling, presenting etc.  But can I use another computer during the week to design and create my presentation for the next week?

    Absolutely - what is more you can mix and match - eg you can add the words of a hymn, your director of music can change the background, your beadle can change the font, and the treasurer can change the colouring from black to red (as is a treasurer's want).

    All must be signed in to the same Church Group.

    What is more, if your wife is also signed in to the same group, she can delete the song because she didn't like it anyway. After all what are you going to do about it?
