Crash while playing videos

We are using proclaim on a windows machine. When we played videos this morning, the program would crash. It happened multiple times. It worked fine until we started playing a video and then it would crash. It didn't do this until we updated the software this morning. Are you aware of this problem?

I take it that the update moved you onto version

4.6.0.0134

If it did then you should provoke a crash and submit your logs using the 'Help' tab on the tool bar at the top left.

I have found that they are quite good at responding. You may have to bite your tongue when you get the standard reply but if you engage you are likely to get a solution.
