Videos in pre-service loop

I noticed just this past week that Proclaim won't let me loop a video in the pre-service loop anymore. All the controls for video are grayed out and won't let me change anything. So once video gets done it just stops. This past Sunday I put in a blank slide after the video with a 1 sec transition but that wasn't the case before. Did something change? Thanks for your help.

If this was even possible, surely any other visual content in the Pre-service loop would be completely ignored as a result of the video just looping. As such, I think that's an explanation for why it's greyed out. I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve exactly, but if a video is the only thing that's in the Pre-service loop, it certainly does loop - as in it immediately goes back to the start when it ends.
