Did Logos transfer their customer support overseas?

This is not meant to be offensive in any way, but did Logos transfer its customer support overseas? The last several times I called, it was very difficult to understand what the person was saying. I know a company has to do what it has to do, but I am not really thrilled by it.

They have two US offices, one in Washington and the other in Arizona. They also have one in Mexico, I think Puebla. I don't know if anyone in the Mexico office handles customer service.

Feeling like an arrogant pedant, may I point out Puebla is not overseas ....for Americans.scooter said:from Puebla.

Earlier this year or so I had someone from Mexico. Was professional.

I'll have to admit that I've had my fair share of heavy Asian accents ... but the one customer service person I had to ask to transfer me because I couldn't understand them was a native-born Floridian. Knowing that allowed me to identify their dialect even if I couldn't understand it.

As a UK-based user, it sounds like all Logos customer support is 'overseas'.
