suggestion : allow dragging tabs when in full screen mode.

I cannot drag resources by their tabs when in full screen mode. Not even from one position in a panel to a different position in the same panel. I assume this is by design or just got overlooked.
I find this frustrating. I have to exit full screen mode to do any tab dragging.
suggestion : allow dragging tabs when in full screen mode.
