Logos won't update when I'm at work.

No error messages.
If I highlight a document it uploads the change and I can see the highlight on my phone or on my iPad, so that part is working. it just won't download new books or software updates.

If you have a domain sign-in at work the access to the Internet is usually curtailed/blocked. The same can happen via a modem firewall when you use your own computer.
Speak with the Computer Admin person
