Logos won't update when I'm at work.
Is there an issue with the firewall?
does somthing need to be whitelisted?

Do you get any sort of error message?

No error messages.
If I highlight a document it uploads the change and I can see the highlight on my phone or on my iPad, so that part is working. it just won't download new books or software updates.
