Verbum User and Verbum Now Subscriber with Logos Pro

I have been offline a couple of days (not a bad thing).  Today I opened up my Verbum and see I now have Logos Pro.  I have been a long time Verbum Now subscriber and I bought both Verbum and Logos full feature sets.  Verbum Pro/Max is coming on November 12.

How do I switch to Verbum Pro/Max on the 12th since I still have some time on my Verbum Now subscription?  Will it be done automatically or will I have to speak to someone (I hate phones)?

Thanks and God bless,

KSC

I don't know. I hope that the kickoff on the 12th will provide the answers. Ask again after the 12th if you haven't seen the answer. And I am delighted to hear that you, too, hate phones.

Did you check that? I ask because today I found myself launching Verbum Pro (per the splash screen), with a subscription listed as "Logos Pro" in the About Verbum dialog, but if I look at my "Subscriptions" info on my Account page on verbum.com, it shows me with a current "Verbum Pro - Annual" subscription that renews on what had been my Verbum Now renewal date.

For context: I am/was obviously a Verbum Now subscriber who had also purchased the Verbum full feature set, but not the Logos FFS. I did not participate in any early program. For me, this was effectively a perfectly transparent and automatic migration from the Now subscription framework to the new Pro mode.

    John,

Good points.  I did check my subscription from the account page and see I do have some time remaining based on my Verbum Now renewal date.

I wonder if they are using Verbum Pro and Logos Pro synonymously?  My splash screen does seem to indicate Verbum Pro but when I look at my "About Verbum" screen it shows subscription as Logos Pro.  Guess I'll find out more tomorrow.  I am looking forward to it.

    God bless,

Perhaps temporarily. Being as Verbum Pro hasn't launched yet, this may just be a placeholder.

Guess I'll find out more tomorrow.  I am looking forward to it.

Curiously, I just received an email this morning telling me I can now subscribe... except I can't. I guess they jumped the gun a little if the launch is tomorrow.
